Roblox game UI, built and exported in the browser
Pick the screen you need, set a style, edit the fields, then copy Luau that matches the preview. The same workspace covers a shop window, an inventory grid, a main menu, and the HUD above them.

What a Roblox game UI actually contains
Most broken interfaces are not ugly, they are structurally wrong: screens fighting for the same layer, HUD elements repositioned by hand, and no clear way back. These are the parts worth getting right before you style anything.
- One ScreenGui per screen, so a shop window never shares a layer with a menu.
- A HUD that stays mounted while the player moves, with screens opening above it.
- UIListLayout and UIPadding instead of hand-placed offsets, so scaling does not break on phones.
- Separate frames for price, state, and label text, so a purchase can update one element without rebuilding the card.
- A visible close path on every screen the player can open.

From empty page to Luau in four steps
- Step 1
Pick the screen type
Shop, inventory, main menu, HUD, daily reward, or gamepass popup. The type decides the parts the generator builds.
- Step 2
Set the style
Neon, simulator, fantasy, minimal, military, or cute. Style changes color, corner radius, and padding — not structure.
- Step 3
Edit the fields
Titles, prices, slot counts, button labels, and item rows are plain inputs, so you can match your own game.
- Step 4
Export the Luau
Copy or download the script, paste it under a ScreenGui in Studio, then connect it to your real data.
Check these before you connect game logic
The export builds the interface only. These are the things worth checking in Studio before you wire events to it.
- Open the screen on a phone emulator — text that fits on desktop often clips at 390px.
- Confirm every button that opens a screen has a matching close path.
- Check that currency and price labels are separate elements, not one long string.
- Make sure the HUD stays visible while each screen is open.

How Game UI Maker compares
Each cell is what the other tool's own public page says, checked on 2026-10-22. Where a tool does not publish something, the cell says "Not published".
| Tool | Exports Luau | Runs in browser | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game UI Maker | Yes | Yes | Free while in beta |
| Roblox GUI Maker (robloxguimaker.com) | Yes | Yes | Free (no paid plan listed) |
| UI Builder (DevForum, WIP) | Not published | Not published | Not published |
| RoUI (roui.app) | Yes (Luau and .rbxmx) | Yes | Free during open beta |
Roblox GUI Maker, UI Builder, and RoUI are separate products. This page is not affiliated with them; compare current details on each tool's own site.
What the export does not do
The generated script creates frames, text, and buttons with fixed sample content. It does not include server logic, saving, or purchase handling.
Questions
Roblox game UI questions
Is this a template or a generator?+
A generator. You change type, style, and fields, and the export is Luau source rather than a fixed asset pack. Nothing is downloaded as a Roblox model file.
Which screen should I build first?+
Build the HUD and one screen — shop or inventory — before adding more. Those two cover most of what players touch, and every extra screen needs its own close path and layout check.
Does it work on a phone?+
Yes. The editor runs in a mobile browser and the preview can switch to a phone layout so you can check scaling on the device you are holding.
Do I need an account to export?+
No. You can copy or download the Luau without signing up. An account is only needed for the paid generator features described on the pricing page.
Will the exported code work in my game as-is?+
It creates the interface and its sample rows. You still connect RemoteEvents, inventory data, and purchase handling yourself, which is why the export keeps price and state in separate elements.
How it runs
No sign-up
Open the maker and start editing. Copying or downloading the Luau export does not need an account.
Works on a phone
The editor runs in a mobile browser and the preview switches to a phone layout, so you can check scaling before you export.
Free while in beta
The generator stays free during the beta. No card, no trial timer.
